Thanks, everyone, for your comments.
There's been a bit of progress, the engine is in and the seat support is in place. I've just got a pair of fatbob tanks which have been half fitted and will hopefully be finished this weekend.
I need to sort out the footpegs and levers (brake on the right and clutch on the left) if anyone has suggestions as i'm struggling to get my head round it at the moment.

I really like that Pie. Disgustingly professional. I'm deeply jealous.

If it's anything like my GS850 it will be brilliant.

Yeah, I was so pee'd off to have to let Rainbow's part built GS go cos I think it would've really flown. Nice looking engines too.

Todays pic, doesn't look like much has happened but the tank is now completely fixed on rubber mounts and, as you can see, it's started to look like a one piece tank.

Very, very tidy.
I trust we'll get a full write up for the site when it's done?
Always looking for techy how-to articles -how about jotting down a piece on how you've modified the tank? Or how you set up the frame? Or any aspect of the build really. It's all useful info -even the small jobs that seem self explanatory to you will be handy for complete newbies.

A few more pics. Seat has to now be made, any suggestions as to what type of foam to use and how to go about it?
