Saw this today, 3 back wheels. Must be their version of a heavy goods vehicle.
Saw 5 on a scooter today. 4' s the norm. One guy had a washing machine new in a box. Wasn't tied on, he just had one arm backwards holding it. One had a single mattress, one a palm type tree, stuck out 4 footish front n back. Saw a massive old type tv on one.
Walked round a market thing, meat n food slopped all over , filthy n stunk. They ride through it. Tight to even walk.

Today was uncomfortable with the heat, didn't help that we found another club and didn't get back to the hotel till 5am. Their certainly not behind in the music scene. The base was so loud you could see the beer can move.
Both hotels in Vietnam we have stopped in are big and decorative. The French ran the gaff from1600 s on so lot of their influence.

Tomorrow sees us picked up at 9'30 am and a 5 hr trip up the mekong delta into cambodia. Hoping the visa thing is a bit easier than sorting the Vietnam one. The hydrofoil we were gonna get caught fire n sunk a few days ago. 80 folk had to launch their belonging n them selves into the river. The boat was 20 year old and servicing gets done after things break here.
Not sure which river we take. The delta spreads right across Vietnam, laos and cambodia.
