A new MSVA manual has been published on the dot gov website.

I've only had a quick read but it seems little has changed apart from some lighting regs. Rear position lamps (tail lights) the maximum height has gone up to 1500 mm.

Will have a check through tomorrow. But I doubt that I will be doing another trike or bike for at least 4 years.

Had a look through. It's mostly adding notes.
Section 2 Mirrors Un bodied vehicles. Time constrained element removed (whatever that was )
Section 4 Speedometers. Note saying GPS not a suitable substitute.
Section 6 Lighting.  3 wheeled mopeds rear lights max height corrected to 1500mm
Section 8 External Projections - Un bodied. Ball end levers may have a flat or be hollow on the bottom of the ball.
Bodied.  Slight wording change re-hub centres/hub caps.
Section !5 Tyres. Note added re- DOT marking only acceptable if weight and speed ratings are also present.

Think that's it. But if you are building for MSVA, download the latest version and read it yourself.  :)
