Title: Re: rialto alternator Post by: Olds on August 05, 2019, 04:57:04 PM Long spacer at the back. Short spacer at the lower front. No spacer upper front.
Title: Re: rialto alternator Post by: gpz on August 06, 2019, 07:12:11 PM thanks for the pics can you tell me how long the spacers are I don't seem to have any so if you can give me dimensions I can make some ,how close is the alternator to the exhaust pipe where it meets the manifold thanks again
Title: Re: rialto alternator Post by: Olds on August 06, 2019, 09:39:23 PM Can do tomorrow but spacer lengths might depend on make of alternator. Best way I've found in the past is to assemble with long bolts, no spacers, adjust until the fan belt is aligned, measure the gaps and make spacers to suit.

Title: Re: rialto alternator Post by: Olds on August 08, 2019, 01:33:49 PM The long spacer on mine is 35.5mm, well actually 35mm + 0.5mm shim. Can't measure the short front one without stripping it out due to it's location.
