Cheers mate.

Breaking up with a g/f combined with a new job while trying to hold onto somewhere to live means this is no good sitting around.

There is something else to build though and this should leave a bit of free cash for some bits for that.

Yep it's gone to Kent.

Thing was a pain in the ass right till the end. Fired straight up when I hit the unit, but when the guy came it wouldn't fire due to the wiring coming apart and lost me £500 on the sale.

Kind of glad it's gone.

Had a moment of confusion today. I'd had in my head about building another bobber.

And then this happened

http://i1019.photobucket.com/albums/af318/archie_837/ED02AAFB-CD90-43D5-896A-6961457C460C_zpsgappgmnx.jpg

Then this

But on the drive home i got back in my head that it will be easier to bob it. The back wheel doesn't fit in the swingarm anyway.

Plus I have another xs stashed waiting to be bought which has period good bits on - marzocchi shocks, piper 2 - 1 etc

Pulled a favour and got the axles machined for the spindle.

You can see how much wider it is compared to the standard swingarm.

Need to figure out the spacers on the spindle too as I've forgotten how it goes together.

End of the month should bring head bearings and engine bolts. Possibly tubing
