£371 all mods declared. only on a 4k policy and TPFT

Don't know how they are going to measure the mileage though when I don't have a speedo.

Don't know who you've tried for the insurance, but it could be worth trying Footman James

or Adrian Flux

Tried a couple of the big guys and it was about £600.

How would the classic policy people be with the mods?

Who designed the ruddy battery box / tank / chain thing.

What a pain to get the battery out.

I think Footman James were 'modification friendly' from what I can remember - give 'em a bell, its the only way to find out..............  Wink

Can't recall exactly about Adrian Flux, but I suggested them both of them as I was playing around looking for insurance on a modified XS once upon a time, and those names rang a bell.

Better to try Bikesure - which is adrian Flux but somehow operate differently.....  Bikesure insures trikes and Adrian Flux doesn't.

I'm with Bikesure - though I get a regular newsletter from Adrian Flux...   Huh

Sounds pretty good. Flux said the mods were pretty extreme hence the high price
