Soggy sunrise

An uncomfortably hot & humid night here in downtown Surrey. As I left for work at 5.30 this morning there was a very quick burst of rain. This was the sunrise that greeted me on the edge of our village. The damp air seemed to create a soft focus orange glow.
Best of all -there was no-one but me to enjoy it.

Usually got mine in the car glovebox, so just pulled over & snapped it out of the window.
My Mum's off to Sith Ifrica for Christmas.

Doubt my 75 year old Mum will be frequenting many bars.
So much for the sunshine -pouring with rain here today.
