Landrover and off road monkeys may be only too familiar with Matt Lee from Doncasters spoked steel off road wheels. they do a line of classic car rims that could be of use to some for wheels of the right size width and offset you require, the website is here and worth a look.  I am having a couple of wheels made for my devon in the not too distant future.
