i made one like this a few years ago now - and yes - i know it looks like a small coffin - it was meant to Really simple fabrication job, i used a scooter leading link front end and chopped it down to make my suspension system. Dirty Great big UJ as a hitch. Angle frame with enclosed rear wheel. All boxed in with ply and painted - it carries 3 slabs of beer and tracks really well, you can hardly tell its there when you are riding with it on. Trailers Trailers Trailers Trailers Trailers

Love the suspension idea Sumo. Not too keen on the shape tho'! Ive built a few over the years, thinking I may do another teardrop for the trike. Very lightweight this time tho'.

Mono wheeled trailers have been about for quite a few years and Enfield are now making them for their Bikes too!

Makes me shudder to think of that Yanto! Mind you ,no different ,and probably worse really, that I've owned 2 or 3 ambulances that Ive converted into campers and slept in! We have a weird approach to death in our society ,dont we? A few years back I had a yearning to build a tot-rod in the style of that coffin with the v8 in hot rod. I didnt do it out of respect for my dad who had died very recently!!

"Dragula" built by Grampa to win back the Munsters coach after Herman lost it in a drag race in the TV spin off film, "Munsters go home".

Quite a few on the roads now. I think there's a couple of franchises for them -companies that will rent you or sell you the trike to start your own funeral business with. Trike trailer or sidecar based. Taz & were wandering along Cranleigh high street, (about 20 miles from Guildford), last week & the local funeral parlour had photos of both types in their window.

Yep,when a mate of mine died suddenly recently, his missus told me that there was a choice of vehicles . She considered the trike hearse ,but it was far too much money.
