Zodiac do side panels but they can be a bit delicate to fit!!!!!! As for mudguards.............good luck mate the words dragon and s**t come to mind.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

There's only one and its off a xv1000  but it should fit  .... ( 750 , 1000 and 1100 are about the same after 85'ish )  ...
