THIS FRIDAY( 24TH) AT THE DEANE GATE
NO MORE MR NICE GUY
My old mans Blues rock band
Kicks off about 8.30
Proceeds to Saxon Wood childrens school.

Come along for NMMNG's annual gig, might even be the final year they do it at this venue. At the Deane gate in Deane on the B3400  between Basingstoke and Overton, on your left. It usually attracts over 100 people so be there or be square! Cool

I think I might just do that!
Never seen your Dad play & it's my day off on Saturday so I can stay up beyond my normal bedtime. Do they only play one gig a year, or just one at that venue?
No reason why you can't list their regular gigs here. See you Friday then Loony.

A great night. The pub was busy but not packed solid, so still room to breath. Nice selection of blues/soul/rock n rolll covers, everything from Bowie to Berry.
The band played in the bay window of the Deanegate pub, on a busy little unlit country road, so a free light show as the cars passed by outside. Loony reckons it's called Montego Bay cos it's been hit by cars so often over the years!
Lunatic Senior took the stage in his MMMotors workshirt, with 2 more of us in the audience, so a good showing by the crew.
Yeah, a good night out.  Grin

Im glad you enjoyed it! It was good of you to come down. Cool Looks like we are going to be doing a 20th aniversary do the same time next year. They are planning on getting together everyone who has guested with the band over the years. Plus we might do a next generation version with me and the other guys in the bands sons! Better brush up on my drumming! Shocked
