Here's another charity run, a bit further south...

This years run will be on Sunday 17th December 2006 Starting at 11.00am for 11.15am from Swanage Sea Front for the run back to The Sandford pub, A351, Sandford Road for hot soup and Raffle.
This years Mistletoe run is in aid of the DORSET AND SOMERSET AIR AMBULANCE REG. CHARITY no 1078685 REG.COM no 3893356

The run is open to all powered two and three wheelers and is free to enter with a suggested donation of ?5 per bike sponsorship forms are also available.

If you can?t make it on the run why not turn up at The Sandford, A351, Sandford Road and Join in the fun we will be there from about 12.30pm

No more than he deserves.
Got a problem with the wiring now, but hopefully found someone with a pair of Harley silencers to quieten it down a tad, sorted the missing pillion footpegs & replaced the headlight -so nearly ready to re MOT it then I'll be roadworthy.

It was excellent!  It was a  lovely sunny day, not even very cold - well I wasn't cold anyway, I had lots of layers on!

The turnout was fantastic, people came from miles awy - I was talking to one bloke who came up from somerset and I saw another with a patch of a London club tho I didn't find out if he actually came from London.  Last year we had 250 bikes and trikes, this year there were definitely more but they didn't get counted.  I don't know what we raised yet but it always takes a while to get the final figure cos some folks get sponsored and that takes a while to come in.  Last year's figure was £1800, I hope we'll have beaten that.

I did take a few phots which I'll post here, but not very many as I had the mother and father of hangovers!  (Neighbours' party the night before!)
