It's on again ... 6 - 700 cars, 200 plus bikes and hundreds of spectators last year and another £3212 raised for PROSTATE CANCER UK.

If your vehicle fits the above criteria bring it along and enjoy this friendly festive event ... if it doesn't fit our criteria, perhaps come along in a daily and feast your eyes on some brilliant classics and customs.

Can't make it this year as I'll be staying with relatives, but a great event to blow away the post Christmas cobwebs & do some good for charity at the same time.

My aim to get there this year..just hope I can find a disabled parking space :)

I was determined to get there this year but it turns out it's the only day I can get all my family together, which is wonderful and not to be missed!

There are some disabled spaces by the toilets. You go into the event as if going into the classics car park (I think) and then you will see the spaces. Just explain to the Marshalls. GET THERE EARLY THOUGH. You don't have to have a qualifying vehicle, and we are tucked away anyway. Things might have radically changed but I don't think so. I will be there. See you. JJ  :)

Yes STINKEY, JAY JAY has got it right - head for the roundabout and speak to the Marshall there who will direct you to the disabled bays behind the toilet block ( please ensure you park there though not amongst the show vehicles ) Thanks and enjoy.

A notice to all visiting PRE 1976 EUROPEAN CAR, BIKE AND TRUCK owners & PRE 1996 YANK CARS, HOT ROD, CUSTOM & BIKE owners on Boxing Day - I have just found out that one of my Marshalls is ill, leaving just four of us to manage what you all know is a mighty well attended show :-/  Can I ask that you all be extra patient with us Boxing Day and respectful of my Marshalls and the decisions we have to make. Rest assured we will get you all in as quickly as possible and as many of you in as space will allow, but we are going to be under even more pressure than ever so please bear with us. Well we managed to get to the show..got there early..and parked up just where you guys suggested ..cheers lads..bit of a good and bad start to the day..my son turned up at 8.30am..with my nephew fresh out of hospital ( failed suicide attempt ) both of them have never been to Romsey show..thought it would show my nephew another look at life and how old cars n bikes can be a positive thing..so while being pushed around in my wheelchair by Mrs Stinkey ..we got accosted by some chap called Chevy Rick..pleased to meet you sir..most people don't even notice me once I'm in the wheelchair ( strange but true ?) ..he said he'd introduce me to jay jay if he got the chance..
 After an hour..my body had enough and off back to the car and warmth..I saw my son n nephew walking about obviously enjoying themselves ..halfway back home..I got a phone call from my son saying some @&£t had vandalised his car..keyed it along the length of the car..ripped off wipers and door mirror..and the car in front apparently too ?  Hundreds of pounds worth of damage ? Obviously the locals didn't want him parking on the Main road just before that mini roundabout ?
Needless to say it's spoilt his day..and if anybody saw anything please let us know..
But we did enjoy the show..big thumbs up to you guys who organise it

SO saddened to read this ... your poor nephew, such a shame when life has so much to offer, hoping he starts to realise that and life improves for him.
As for the car damage, being the organiser and being Romsey born and bred, I am sickened to read of this happening. Can I ask what car it was and are there any pics of it in situ where it was, so that I can put word around on FB etc please? I was wondering initially if it were a scrape rather than vandalism but with wipers missing I am guessing it really is the latter sadly ( I had the same done outside a country pub by two twelve year olds once! ). I am so very sorry this has happened, another car had it's police sticker stolen too. Please do post as much info as possible and I will do my very best to put it out there. Sorry again.

Unfortunately, just a sign of the times mate. Any event which features the general public will have it's share of idiots, (plenty of them within the scene too, but they usually have a bit more respect for other's hard work). Please don't let it dampen your spirits Steve. It's a wonderful meet & a real credit to you & your team. Hope you managed to raise lots of cash. Well done Sir.  ;)

He loved old cars, didn't do any building but all his own spannering and I used to be his spanner monkey!  We called the Allard Jumbo cos of its long nose and big ears!  It wasn't all that fast but he used to get past everything on the road by coming up behind them so when they saw in it their rear view mirror they were so intimidated they let him pass!
