Random cars seen today

Passed this nice condition TR7 today.
In rally livery, (anyone know what rally series or year? Or is that some sort of promotional graphics?), & across the road from a garage specialising in race car prep', so presumably tuned to suit.
Triumph's TR7 range seem to be a bit of a "Marmite" car-some people love 'em, some hate 'em. I quite like them, but I guess, mainly cos they were around in my youth.

Alfa Romeo on the Basingstoke ring road. Haven't seen one of these before, (thought it was a Lotus at first) -what model's that then?
