Genuine Willys jeep tubs go for big money and are hard to find. Mahindra or Jago might be easier, but the design is so simple it would be fairly easy to make. The Jeep was a lot narrower than the Frontera so widened wings/flares or a wide body. If doing a self build body, using a modified series Land Rover bulkhead/screen might save a lot of work.

got rolling chassis mike, body will be scratch built where possible, been looking at "owner type jeeps" look on google for pics. "Old Dorg"

Like the idea but think i am with olds a mahindra or better still the jago jeep idea its less fraught with registration difficulties too how i see it.

chassis and running gear,engine etc will be stock.
