Took the trike for it mot today. it passed but i did notice the tester seemed more intrested in the nuts and bolts around the engine and axle mounts. Huh

Congratulations Terry.
In what way interested? Checking they were tight? Making sure there was sufficient thread showing on the other side of the nut? Looking for sharp edges?

checking they were tight i think. he was tapping them with hes little hammer

Very dilligent of him -maybe he'd just got a new hammer.  Smiley
I guess I'd rather fail the MOT with a loose nut & bolt, than discover it when something falls off out on the road.
