I've had VIN plates engraved at key cutting kiosks before, but it's very light, surface engraved. I want this much deeper so when it's powder-coated, the digits are still visible.

my powdercoater left a oblong round my vin on headstock masked off, coated rest blue then laquered over vin number when did rest.. very nice and easy to read

My coater just uses a single coat as far as I know. My frame's already done. I just need the bearing cups done & the yokes re-done in the same colour.
