Sorry can't help with a new cover.
You might want to check out the rest of the box. The missing bits must have gone somewhere and may have caused more damage.
Do you know why the ball socket got so mangled? The lever should not be able to contact the bottom of the socket to do this unless the retaining clip has come adrift.

got a complete g/box fairly early one ,, but bits should be ok, also a 750 engine going cheap ..
