Kempton's first jumble of 2012 and the punters were out in their masses, including a couple of well known faces wandering around, and from what we saw, being allowed to without interruption, a certain Mr Charlie Boorman, and a Mr James May.

The stall holders had brought some interesting 'stuff' with them which meant some good 'window shopping'.

The day was a chilly one, around 4 or 5 C, and after a lengthy chinwag with folk ya just kinda bump in to, with no walking around, we have to admit it had go the best of us.

Here's a few pics of some of the stuff up for grabs.

XS650 in what looked like good nick - £1100

A Yamaha DT trail bike from prob early to mid 70's. Think this might have been an import of maybe 350cc ??

Just a few photos taken in the car park and a narrow axle i wonder whether a trike builder would have snapped that up. Like Tony said crowds of people and a good turnout of stalls. All i came away with was a few stainless bolts.

I know the guy who owns the bike in the 6th of Rick's piccies, tis is a strange machine and quiet rare, but can't remember what it is!! (not a lot of help really!)

DKW Des Knaben Wanch (every boys dream) This mark came from a Dane Jorge Scafte Rasmussen a man who dabbled in many different mechanical things starting from the steam age. The bike in the photo is a Hobby Lexus scooter dated from around 1957, there were not many about in their day.
