One of those rare Tuesday evenings, a dry one even though it rained through the course of the day blue skys  came out to greet us about 5 ish, so it was a case of quick meals for my boys and bugger the chors, i'm off, by seven the quay was full, the rest coming in were sent down to Baiter Point blow that for a route march. Cresent Rizla had a stand there with their top riders signing autographs, lots of other stalls along the front were selling their accessorys and clothing. All the food outlets and pubs were birsting with customers, bikes were coming in till 9 then they close the gate, lets hope this with the weather is the start of things to come.

Must have a meet up before the end of the season.   See if we can arrange a manky get together.

Yes Nimbus very advanced for its day, some years ago the chap who owns it came to the local VMCC meeting and done a talk on it and a run up to prior owner ship he explaned he could hear this very quiet bike pass his home but it was allways gone by the time he looked out the window, so he lay in wait one time and flagged the rider down as soon as he was in sight, and from then on he had to have one purely for its quality build and it's quietness, he has become quite a mark specialist of this make.
