Very nice job there, keep up the good work. I must have spent more time than you have in total trying to get a similar shape electrics box done. Think I am on mark 5 at the moment and still not right lol

Hope the rest of the build goes as well for you and keep up the pics.

Will get some new pics taken and get them posted later in the week. Not home at the moment, Bank Holiday visiting. My 'minor changes' have taken me way too long and it is still not back on the road yet though, be warned Smiley

just a wee update on the engine problems (seized pistons) got it moving spent all day today stripping it down
cleaned all looks in good nick and ready for new shells rings etc head away tommorrow to be skimmed so hopefully in
2-3weeks a nice newish n shinny engine.
on another note after sanding and filling welds just enrolled in a nite class to learn how to tig weld
so next frame will be neater

I did an evening class at the local tech college for gas & MIG welding. About 60 quid for 10 or 12 lessons, but well worth the money if only for the peace of mind that you're doing it right. The lecturers are usually quite pleased if you can take along your own projects to work on too.
Reliant engines are pretty indestructable aren't they! Nearly all of them can be rescued with a bit of work & patience. Well done Geo.
