That shows how much longer the QuickBob tank is than the Sportster. Obviously we'll shorten that top tube so the bend at the back begins at the bottom of the tank.

It won't be quite as low as it is in the photos as like I said it's proped in place but it's not far off it and the top tube at the back will be higher. At least we can now carry on with it.

Obviously that's the King Sportster on the left in bare metal & the standard 883 Sportster in shiny black.
You can see that the standard Sporty has a high tunnel, so it'll sit low over the frame tube.
The new King Sporty has a low tunnel, so it'll sit high on top of the frame tube. They're available in either version. It also has an extra strengthening gusset at the front.

What the King or the standard one flc?

If anyone wants the standard tank you can have it for £50 as that's what I paid for it. Not a scratch or dent on it and has been boxed since I got it. You can see in the photos that it's mint. Buyer collects as I'd hate for it to get damaged in a delivery van. Screw in petrol cap, (not supplied as already allocated for the new tank). Possibly a fuel tap but not sure if it fits it yet as not tried.
