I swear I'll get to that one year - but this year I'll be in North Wales with the Maestro Owners' Club.

The Maestro owners club? What a crazy, madcap, rock 'n' roll lifestyle you lead Bobbi  Grin Only joking. I'm sure they're a good crowd. The Popham show's well worth doing though. I'm the same -always missed it cos it fell on the Bank Holiday weekend & I was doing other things. They changed the date last year though so I went & really enjoyed it. Classic bikes plus aircraft.

I had a Maestro, never again, it did 500 miles per pint of oil and to cap it all the 'kin thing caught fire an hour after I parked it Angry

Hiya Speedy. How's life in the back of beyond?
I had 2 of 'em. One was written off by a milkfloat -I was racing him. Was gaining on him too. The other was written off by a badger with a deathwish. I granted his wish but he made a right mess of the car. 2 weeks earlier I'd had the driver's door stoved in by a deer. Sad
