not really an event either. just visiting me Ma and Pa who live in York
york is the oldest inland settlement in Western Australia and has a rich hhistory of blah blah blah. google it if you want
used to have vintage street races many years ago. still a large feature of the wa vintage car an motorcycle clubs calenders. i recently missed the York car show.

anyway the museums always open and I've never been.

That's a cool little place Ben.
So has Australia got, or had, it's own motor industry? Only Oz car I know is the Holden, but that's owned by General Motors in the States isn't it?

motor industry soon dead. holden is closing up. toyota to follow
there were a few small builders way back in the 30's but killed off by ford i suppose
