The mods had a really good test at the weekend - 165 miles to Shropshire and arrived feeling fit enough to put the tent up straight away!   Not only were my arms and neck better, the riding position is better for my hips and legs too (my gel seat pad helps as well).

Would have been a perfect weekend if I hadn't broken down a few miles from home..........  (Nothing to do with the mods)
