ECU
« on: February 20, 2014, 06:59:40 PM »

HELP . Got the "guts" of the ECU off Joyce's trike ,1100 virago, totally replaced with more modern technology by a company in Holland. They think the coils me need changing but I'm now skint and want to try it as is. Anyone herd of a dodgy coil damaging an ECU?

All a coil does is convert low voltage input to high voltage to fire the plugs .
