Well Loony & I dropped in on Jem this afternoon. What a nice guy. A very amiable chap with impeccable taste in trucks. No pics from me but hopefully he'll keep us updated on the build. He has 2 pick-ups, both "Internationals", one 1930s & the other 1950s. Both very cool. The 50s jobbie's very like a GMC or maybe Chevy, while the 30s one is like something from The Waltons! Jem's replacing the wooden framework & cab floor with fresh wood but leaving most of the bodywork as is, which is just the way it should be. Mr Lunatic's been engaged to replace the sheet metal between the cab & running boards.
Can't wait to see this beauty trundling around Basingstoke. What are the hothatch kids gonna make of this one!
