I know nuffink, believe me.
Obviously Solvol's mildly abrasive, so don't get too carried away with it. I wouldn't recommend chrome cleaner on normal paint, but powdercoat, (like the Flapster's oranginess), is a bit tougher -normally around 100 microns thick, so 5 times as thick as a production paintjob.
As they always say, try it on a small, hidden area first.  Wink

The axle's painted, but the orange parts were coated by AC Shotblasting in Newbury, Berks. I think Flap may have retouched it in a few areas though, (there's a paintshop in Newbury that will mix paint to match anything you take in to them & put it in aerosols).
