Ok that's just a tease as Manky is going to put the pictures on later, but I can tell you it,s not going to plan. For my 1950's Bonneville Salt Flats inspired Trike body I have acquired a 327 gallon Jaguar GR2 Strike Aircraft Drop Tank which should have been 3.1 metres long and 1 metre dia BUT when I got to Lincloln after a 4 hour drive it was 4.5 metres long and much tooooo long for my trailer. Oh well - I,ll cut a bit (lot) out later.
If anyone is passing Linclon with an empty flatbed I would appreciate a call as I rummage for a much bigger/ longer trailer.

ps dont bother stopping at OK Diner  just before A1M back towards London, ( Burgers were rubbish)

Yeah I was expecting a couple of hundred. Asbestos lined? That's serious stuff. Not something I'd want to mess with.

Only sixty quid eh? Hmmm always wanted a belly tank roadster! Cool
With the asbestos, if you could use an air tool to cut and remove it, then you can damp down the dust with water. Thats what the maintainence guys from Awe suggested when I needed to cut the asbestos that the roof and one wall of the workshop are made of.

If anyone wants to transport mine down to sunny Hampshire I,ll buy em one as a garden ornament - look great with two thirds of it sticking out of the ground at a jaunty angle and a bit of smoke from a mist maker. Grin
After all he still has 4 or 5  left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and it's a shame to waste them.

Can't remember the length of my trailer but will check it and if it will fit I may be able to help you out.
