Teetering on the edge of insanity

Need help fast, My GS850 has decided to run like crap in the wet, replaced plugs and air filters, same problem but noticed tonight that not long after start up the exhausts on cylinders 2 and 3 are glowing red hot any ideas?

Turns out that the new air filters are less restrictive than the S&B's that i had and was making the engine run lean, it didn't occur to me that there would be that much of a difference between air filters of a similar type.

So I have replaced the old filters and it's back working fine again, oh and one of the new plugs was faulty and an HT lead was shorting out.
