Sunday, 15th April, 10am onwards, Krispy Kreme, Shannon Corner, New Malden, Surrey, 10 minutes up the A3 from the M25. A regular monthly rod meet. The weather's gonna be hot, hot, hot, so should be a good turn out.

They do them at Tesco in Basingstoke town centre! No need for a donut roadtrip!

We bought a dozen yesterday! Finished 'em for breakfast this morning. Original glazed ring donuts, 8 seconds in the microwave, fandabidozee.

It's all rubbish!
A proper donut is round like a ball, lots of runny jam inside and proper sugar on the outside, as made by Williams of Wool the bakers in a village on my way to work - even better, the bakery in the little town of Pewsey where the donuts are made by a biker!

Ahh, now there's a debate that could run & run- good ol' British jammy doughnuts or Yanky ring donuts? Tough choice. I may have to sample both to decide.
