You don't know all the problems I've had with the Post Office and Parcelforce. When they explained that I hadn't received a package because the postman had 'given it to a man on a tractor', and when I used the heinous word 'bloody' in a sentence and the desk clerk walked off because I'd sworn at him, things came to a head. I picked up the cat off the counter, tucked the rather bewildered feline in my jacket and walked out. Suddenly there were an awful lot of people wanting to help me find my package...
