Sorry tbone, Roll Eyes,  the dimension for the distance between the caliper bracket mounting holes and the center of the large diameter hole is missing (53mm between centers).

Glad you had a go, I was going to try doing it on Visio tomorrow. Smiley Smiley

True its not noted, but as it is a 1:1 scale template i omitted it, you`ll find its spot on when printed.
Consider it now ammended to include the aformentioned  Wink

Thanks for sorting that TBone. All day working on it? You do realise we don't pay don't you?!
The last pair of plates we had are fitted to Taz's axle so when the paper template arrives, I'll slit it to fit around the drive shaft & lay it over the steel plate. if it's a good fit we're in business.

No wages again, a well you cant do enough for a good boss  Grin. Never used a CAD programme before today, now i can do them wih my eyes shut  Cheesy.
I used a free CAD programme which must be easy if i can do it, trouble is, it has limited functions, like not being able to export the files you draw.Great if you wanna print them off but no good for sharing!

Received the prints today TB, but not had a chance to try them against the plates on Taz's trike yet. One thing Brock pointed out to me -could do with the hole centres being marked.

Noted and hole centres now added.
The pdf below shows a better (mk2) drawing, but DOES NOT print to scale. Attempted to post and print the file but the the print looses 2mm somehow???
It appears you dont need a CAD programme to print the file, just a CAD viewing programme, of which there are lots available as shareware or freeware, so if anyone has these the file can be emailed to and opened by them. Failing that, we are back to me printing it off.
