Just thought this might be of interest.  taken at the Aberdare Park Road Races in 2004 I think.
It's definitely a Manky Motor - the bloke (I think he was Martin) said his mate had this little engine lying around and was going to junk it so he took it away.  Kept thinking there must be something he could do with it, and came up with this!  I think he said it was 25cc or something like that!

Well you'll have to wait for the phot cos the site keeps telling me it's too big!  In spite of the fact its 200 x 300 pixels and 15.6kb.

Think there may be a problem!

Edit - picture posted at the bottom of the thread cos the Tinypic one has expired.

I'm curious now Bobbi! Try again or go to tinypic.com & host it there -or failing that, email it to the all powerful Yoda.

Judging by the amount of projects he's got on the go at any one time, Yodie works a 36 hour day. Beginning to think his wheelchair is capable of time travel. The man never sleeps.

At last! Actually, that's pretty neat isn't it! Just a friction drive against the rear tyre? Would you need a licence for that? Not sure I'd want that hot little engine whizzing round so close to my...bits! Shocked

Dunno about a licence - you don't need them for those electrically assisted bikes.

Anyway he was just using it for whizzing round the park!

No good on my delivery unless I could have a huge trailer to put all the mail in!
