hi i dont have a 2" handrail end but have a 2" dome end you can have just need a 2" peice of stainless tube and a 1" tube out let for the rad plus someone good wiv melting metal..

Thats a good idea Steve. I was wondering how I could make a housing ,and I know Ive got some of those s/s h/rail fittings somewhere! Not expensive to buy either...another job for the re build next winter!

yup powder coating going ok...Smiley

and heres a mock-up for the foot peddle (clutch)think it looks a little better than my previously made up one..
also bought a donor bike to pilfer stuff off.. for 52 quid off the flea bay!

sorting out plumbing today heres my efforts........ bought a samco 45 degree orange hose cut it to suit from the thermostat to the radiator the little stubb i had left i put on the pump outlet and made a hard pipe connector as so close to the alternator... getting there slowly!
