http://www.londonmotorcycleshow.com/whatson.html

It's only on for 4 days this time, from the 1st to the 4th of February, & the venue's changed from Alexandra Palace to "London Excel" -wherever that is.
I've always enjoyed this one, but at 16 quid a ticket on the door, I think I'll give it a miss this year.

You sure? It was called The London Motorcycle Show last year, not the Superbike Show. Used to be The Road & Race Show years ago.

I'm not sure of anything except there's still a show at Ally Pally as well as one at the Excel Centre and the two links are above!

The ad I saw In 100% biker was for MAD and it just says "see us at the original Ally Pally Show January 26th-28th 2007"  Undecided

So that's only 2 days then? It's always been a week with a weekend at either end before. I'm confused!

People discussing it on another forum reckon it looks like the Excel one has the bast stands etc, also apparently it's good for parking.

I shan't be going to either, too far, too cold, don't drive in London etc etc.

I really enjoy the Ally Pally one -like the NEC without all the corporate, big business cr*p. It's a really nice venue to go to too, but I'm not sure it's the same show now.
Still confused.

I get that impression - Looks like the other one is what used to be the Ally Pally one?

Check the London Motorcycle show pics in the Rally/Show Photos bit. They had a nice display of custom stuff in a seperate hall last year. It started out as the Road & Race show & was exclusively, err... road & race bikes. It changed into a general bike show though & had a nice, friendly, small venue feel to it. Used to attract lots of bikes too, whereas the NEC is one of those shows where everyone arrives by car. I love the building itself too. Lots of history there. Big stained glass windows, columns, even an organ! Very gothic. Great view out over North London too. Would be a shame if they've buggered it up to cater to the big money boyracer brigade.

I have been told that the Ally pally show is where all the best stall holders are going and the one at excell will cost you £15.00 to park

So who's got the details for the Ally Pally one then?
