We're not going to be racing down there & MMMotors is a bike, trike and car site after all. Would be nice if it was something a little more interesting than a normal family saloon though.

Does that mean I can come in the Maestro?

Wouldn't stop you Hon -I know your aches & pains make it hard work on the trike sometimes, but would much rather see you on 3 wheels if possible. It'd be great to get a big bunch of trikes together on the road don't you think?

I was joking - it's only about 7 miles from here, I'm going to have to go further afield to make a runout of it!

The Rover will deliver plenty of power. A Jag axle will probably weigh at least twice as much as the engine/box, and is megga-wide. Changing the diff is a right bastard. Me, I'd go Escort Mk2 (not easy to find now, but loads of ratio's available) and direct drive, and 10 x 15 or 10 x 14 wheels. Escorts are a piece of piss to narrow too. Just done one.

I belive Desperate is reffering to my v8 trike dilemma/ ideas! Mk 2 Escort axle would be no problem to find. I used to work for someone who builds race and fast road escys. I really want to go direct drive to keep it as simple as possible, like me! Grin
Might be an idea to move all my trike ramblings into another thread as I seem to be confusing this one! Huh

Maybe it's just life that's confused & we're just tiny specks of normality within it?
