Only 3 hours last night for me, acid reflux so bad it was in my lungs and ears, ran out of Gaviscon Advance as well!

engine cleaning and building day  but concentration is lacking  should be nice and enjoyable, but i,m struggling.. it seems to take agges to find the right tool when i need it .. but on the up-shot / bright side the new engine was full of goodie,s,, like a melling oil pump,,, new pistons,, etc , etc,, when i stripped it |

yep,, crank,pistons,cam,,oil pump, all back in heads and inlet on, and block heads etc, painted , sump etc to do tommorrow with luck |

I'd have thought it quite inconvenient to have your bench running about. All those tools falling off  Damn Mike, you don't hang around do you. Takes me a day just to set the tappets. |
