the trike also came with this nice set of marker lights/forward indicators. i was concerned though that with me sat on the trike if my legs went out to far to the sides that i would block the view of the indicators for the msva. so came up with a plan to go through test after which i plan to put the original marker light/indicators back on.

so removed them and bought these, fitted and wired them up

Sounds like you've been on a bit of a spending spree young fella! So are you getting close to MSVA time?

Not sure that I'd change the lights back after MSVA. Think they look good as they are.

Some nice work going on there. I,ve got one of those speedo,s with the led idiot lights built in. The only one I couldnt get working properly was the indicator light. I have had to by-pass that one,and fixed a small normal  light on my top yoke. Did you manage to wire yours up ok?

Yeah, I know it's your old project Mike & you put in a lot of work on it, but you can't take away the fact that Craig's got it up & riding about & ready for MSVA. It's a credit to both of you -& I'm hoping to see it at the Basingstoke Transport Festival this year!

cheers boys. yes i am very pleased to be riding it even if it is only round my works car park. still grinning. only problem is that its at my work now and i have to look at it lots without being able to work on it  Angry Cheesy. few more tweaks and fixes to do then she should be ready for MSVA.
no way i could have done this from scratch so i am very thankful to spanners for the great engineering he has done that is helping me be able to have a trike on the road  Wink.
hornet6 cheers mate and yes we did get the indicator light to work for both indicators and hazards. needed some head scratching and some diodes to do it though. if i can help just shout.
