I've got an O level in woodwork. Had the choice of metal or wood at school & I went for wood cos it looked easier.
Been working with metal ever since!

its probably the programing side of it that puts me of (aint to clever).

can any one tell me what the bolts are that hold the conversion plate to the axle please  Grin

are they 5/16 unf ?

Not sure but you could always measure the bolts you took out.
5/16" unf -24tpi.   5/16" unc - 18tpi.
5/16" = .3125" = 7.94mm
