I just want to wear a pair of those big red ear defenders & strut about the fire-up lane looking all serious & professional & making all kinds of weird signals to Steve like I know what I'm doing.  Cheesy
Some shots of the FireForce fire from another forum. Apparently the fire released the parachutes, which then burnt, taking everything else with them. He got out with only a singed firesuit. How lucky is that.
Be careful bro, or at least lucky.  Wink

I guess that's what firesuits are for!

Glad it worked cos that looks like a major disaster!

,spoke to Tony very briefly on Sunday morning, he's Ok, the cars totaled. He wears a dash 20 suit, meant to be good for 30 seconds "total immersion", by my reconing he was cutting it fine. On the up side it's good to see the kit works, I was in two minds about buying mine on a cost basis, but more sensible minds prevailed.

Hiya, every now & then you're sharply reminded this ain't just a bunch of blokes messing about with cars, it's a very dangerous sport. Thank God there's professional standards & regulations that must be followed.
Be careful out there mate.

"We really are hopeless. We will have to make it to a race early in the morning next year and help Steve, but we'll probably get run over or at least slightly injured if we spend a hole day helping out."

...or you could stop being great girls about the camping thing and do a whole weekend meeting, write your own report and get some good pictures too, yeah right !

Injuries are not normally encouraged, but exceptions can be made

But it's cold & wet & there are big spiders & all sorts.
Flap had to wear his green Army thermals just to ride to Newbury on Sunday, (15 miles). I thought it was his superhero costume -"Stand back, this is a job for Runner Bean Man".
So- have you written your Pig's Progress report yet Steve?

I'd do it, I love camping, but I don't  think Andy can sleep at night without his teddy and he'd be to embarrassed to bring it along.

Edward & I expect fully carpetted, centrally heated camping, with ensuite hot shower, or we're not going.
