A man for Lancashire crosses over the border into Yorkshire, goes into a Butchers shop and and asks if he can have a Pigs head.
The Butcher turns to the back of the shop and shouts "Oi Fred can you bring out a Pigs head for me?"
The customer then said, "make that a Lancashire Pigs head".
The Butcher turns round again and shouts out to the back  "Fred can you take the Brains out first ".
