Hi all can any off you help? If any of you wear glasses how do you stop them from steaming up when you have a breathing mask or spray mask on?

The eternal dilemma..I tend to pull the mask away from my face if possible or do the task in hand in short bursts

I get the same problem.
I haven't welded for a few years, but had just started wearing reading glasses when I last did. They'd constantly steam up inside the welding helmet. Everything was out of focus too cos I couldn't get the distance right between glasses & metal, through the helmet lens.

Welding isn't a problem it's just sanding and painting/vanishing that causes problems.
