Cloud here too - it was thick, it didn't even seem to get darker cos it was already pretty dark!

Very grey & murky here in Hampshire this morning -like a dark smog. Cold too. No sign of the sun but did notice all the birds had stopped flying & were roosting in the treetops at 9.30 when the eclipse happened.
It's now turned into a beautiful sunny day. First day of Spring?

Yeo, first day of spring, actually 4 big events. solar eclipse, spring equinox, super moon and my sons 43rd. birthday. Break out the cake Grin Grin
