Yep! I've been the last 3 years, and its positively heaving.  They have a massive autojumble there, and the amount of vehicles on display just gets bigger and bigger.  Buses, fire engines, commercial vehicles, british, american, vintage and classic, its all there!  Plenty of camping / hard standing for caravans.  Incidentally this is where I saw the new Royal Enfields and ended up buying one two months later.

If you manage to book the weekend at Pickets Piece, let us know, because on Good Friday is wheels day, and that you have to attend! Honestly!  Anyone who has been will tell you!  Go for it and book it Danno, or is it Gareth?

It's only a one day thing. We generally make our own ways there and meet up at the event.
Possibly could do a get together then convoy over. Will have a think about it if that's what you mean.

I think we had something like 8 or 9 monkeys at last year's Picket Piece show. Too early for my trike to be on the road but some of the other local guys may well be roadworthy by then. One of the first weekends of the show year so should be a good turnout. If you're into hotrods, WheelsDay's definitely worh a visit.
You can do a tour of the various workshops & sheds in the area & check out all the unfinished projects!
