Definitely dead, but beyond resuscitation?
I've posted photos of the trucks at Young's Industrial Estate in Aldermaston, Berkshire before. They're still there & slowly decomposing, as are these two.
Corsair? Convertible or just missing it's roof? Looks like it's broken it's back as it's supported by a couple of wooden pallets.
Mark 4 Ford Zephyr? A sad sight. Someone, somewhere would love these I'm sure.

Fairly certain that all the Crayford Corsairs were 2 door.

I believe you are right Dave, it was the same with the mk 2 Cortina's, they only used the 2 door gt's. There was  how ever one left hand drive2 door 1600E that was a Crayford when I was back in the 1600E owners club

So is this a homemade soft top? Or simply a hard top that's been peeled off?

Think it's had the roof removed for spares and probably why it's broken it's back. Looks like the front pillars have gone as well.

What a lot of people don't know is that the Corsair was Ford's first "green" (as in "recycled") car.
A year or so earlier, there was a project car that never made it to the showrooms for various reasons, and many of these parts were taken and used for the Corsair.
The name of the project was kept under wraps, but those in know (which now includes you lot) were informed it was the Pubeick.
