Is that fried bread? Looks yummy.

The Harvester does a really nice breakfast between 9am-11am. Not all do it so it's worth checking if you think about going.

For about a £5 you can have as much as you want. You just tell them and it arrives piping hot at your table. All the usual English breakfast items including black pudding and even chips (Huh) But alas no fried bread.  Cry  Also included, you can have cereal, fruit, muffins, pancakes etc. ALL IN. The only thing extra is the tea or coffee. I just ask for tap water. I've taken the Grandchildren a few times now and they love it. A Harvester about 5 miles away does them every morning. Our local one only does them at the weekend. Just as well really or it would be tempting to be there every morning, as after it you don't need to eat for the rest of the day.

And NO, I'm not on commission.  Tongue

Yup, fried bread -of course. Nothing else would do.
This was a proper transport "caff" called The Shack, run by members of a local funfair family, just up the road from Phunkie Hiboy's workshop.

You can't beat proper signwriting. I know so much can be done with vinyl cut outs nowadays but to see real paint is always lovely.

I Googled Joby Carter's signwriting and selected Images. Some nice examples. I also had a look at his site    http://www.carterssteamfair.co.uk/courses.html, advertising the courses you mention Clive.

The site also mentions an event. You probably already know about it but just in case you don't, it's:

The 2017 BIZARRE LETTERHEADS MEET which is on the 18 & 19 November 2017 at Carters Yard, White Waltham near Maidenhead, UK.

Sounds right up your street.
